Since I cannot move further on my fuel tanks, I got on the aileron. First task was to find all the parts and get all documentation together. I noted that one change were the stiffeners that used to be .016" X 8 1/2" and new plans are calling for 0.025" X 9" with a different shape . So I found a source of supply and got that going.
For the rest I made the spar doublers that goes at each ends, drilled the lightning holes and prepared the ribs .
