Today, I tried on all the fiberglass tips which I decided to screw them on rather than rivet them on because I wanted to paint them separately from the aluminium parts. I think later on the process I think is a bad decision because it adds time for not much benefits. But on with my decision since I cannot revert it.
After checking if the trimming was done, I made a foam insert so the end would stay in the proper position before adding the fiberglass. Then I taped the foam and sprayed a releaser on its surface. Then I made a fiberglass cloth piece for each end, wet it with the epoxy and had each fiberglass tip to stand on its end.
Tomorrow when it will be dry, I will add more fiberglass on the inside junction and wait again for final trimming later after it's dried up.
