Brief Description: Completing some tasks to get it ready for paint
Today I completed the install of the Ray Allen flap positionner. It went fairly well but I attached the clevis to the flaps torque tube instead of the long arm because it is more a direct line with the movement. Using Hobby RC control links worked quite well. I used a 4-40 rod and 2 plastic clevis.
Then I proceeded to the tail and cleaned it up not as nicely as the tunnel because there are wires coming from every direction. I will look at it again tomorrow. Last I secured the pitch servo and tightened all the bolts as well.
