Brief Description: Continuing toward completing the interior
Today was a productive day. I picked up from a hobby store the clevis and threaded 4-40 rod for the Ray Allen Posi 12, which I will install tomorrow.
I finished riveting the ends of the push tube F689 and slided it in it's place. It is not yet connected with the control stick yet but it will soon. I also installed a trimmed carpet that I bought a few weeks back from an aviation interior supplier . It looks sharp and clean.
The longest task was to route and secure the wires for the cabin light ... I really like the model I bought because it can be white or red and I put it with a dimmer as well. The location I picked for it is fun because it can lit the inerior from behind and above but even when the canopy is open, it points down in the cabin. It is also out of the way for the head of my future passengers.
