Everything can be removable because I have put all the floor with nutplates. But my inspector warned me that it has to be off for the inspection but that is posing a major problem. That is if I want all my interior to be completed leaving the center tunel open and the forward plate off , the floor will still be screwed. So, I took many pictures and if that is not enough, we'll use the snake camera to check it all out.
I find despite my thoughts of everything being perfect that many small trimming are still required. It seems that there is always 1/32" too tight where there could be some friction. Even the vertical post needed trimming around the flap lever because it was really too close in my opinion.
I am moving forward but it is quite difficult to be faster at this point as it requires a fine observation for tuning all parts together perfectly !
