Brief Description:  Spinner fitting

I prepared the copilot side of the forward cowling and despite that I needed to do many other small tasks , I got distracted by the spinner and decided to start looking into it. Although quite simple in appearance, cautiouness is required due to the forces involved when it will be in operation.

I drilled the holes for the extension pins on the rear bulkhead, enlarged the holes in the front bulk head , re-read the instructions and started measuring. There are things missing in the instructions which brings a lot of questions. The position of the forward spinner bulkhead is from the top of it's flange just about 4" from the edge of the spinner. At that location, the inside diameter of the spinner is 12 1/4" and the bulkhead diameter is 11 1/2" .... One must make a seat for making sure the bulkhead if holding the spinner. There are 3 variance for fixing this and none seem to be easy. I stopped for the day because I was tired.
