The flange behind the spinner is almost perfect. I decided to add guiding piece so when I will be putting the top cowling on, there will be 1" high aluminium piece attached to the bottom flange located behind the spinner. It will also help retaining the fiberglass/epoxy to close the gap between the top and bottom cowling.
On the second picture, you can see that I was able to bring out the bottom cowling oval hole corner . But there still will be some fiberglass to do because the bottom front end corner is behind the top cowl. by a good 1/8".
The last one to redress is located in the air entrance pilot side, as it seems the top had shifted toward to outside. I cannot redress that in place because of the baffles that are installed so I might have tremove the baffle again to fix that. When that will be fix, I will be ready to fiberglass it for final adjustment.
Forward flange now pretty much aligned.
Oval hole corners aligned as well.
Last thing to fix and it is more complicated due to it's location
