Brief Description:  Baffle work continuing

It's been a little while that I have not spend a few hours on the project because other more important errands kept me away from my shop. It will be like that for a little while but then soon, I shall have a lot of time and I expect the project to advance fast. Although I did not physically worked on it, I have prepared some future stage like the painting. I think I am close to the point that I shall be ready to spray when the plane completion will be almost done !

I have also reflected on how I could straighten up the forward end (spinner area) of the bottom & top cowling and got an idea: I will be using a heated blanket where the temperature rise to 150 F but very uniformly. As soon as I am ready to trim the baffle I will attacck that part that has made me think a lot. I just did not want to re-do the fiberglass or at the most, just as little as possible.

But for now,, today, I have prepared the forward part of the baffle. In my next session,, I will finalise the remaining parts to prime and will finalise the installation . Then it will be ready for trimming the upper end of the baffle before installing the rubber seal.
