Today I did trimming , adjusting , trying and more trimming until the front baffle fitted perfectly with the cowling wich permit me to bend the side baffle to match the bottom baffle plate and at the edge of the air entry in the cowling. Because of the cowling shape, you need to bend at 45 degree across the bottom plate so the side can be higher at the outboard side and could follow the scoop. It requires a lot of cutting - folding/unfolding - trying - trimming --- and so on before the fit is perfect!
I also completed the support under the pilot side front bottom plate that you can see on the third picture. It does not yet been drilled with the baffle plate above it.
Not complicated to do but as always, the first time you do something, it takes longer because although the plans are well done, it needs to be read carefully as you go to understand how things go together.
