I can't say I like doing fiberglass .... it's sticky and you have to clean out constantly. But you cannot avoid it. Today I rivited the hinge on the top cowl after sitting them in a layer of fiberglass. I added the nut plates for the cover to hide the top cowl firewall hinge pins.
Finally I fiberglassed the scoop on the bottom cowl.
Tomorrow I will finish the fiberglassing of the scoop. If time permits, I will start installing the baffles.
I am seeing the end approaching although there is a lot to do ... but I am encouraged !
