I had a good news last week from Vans; they told me that Sensenich were making my propeller and it would ship by the end of the month.

So today I did a few errands. Nothing really important but had to be done. Look at the pictures. I also finished installing the handle that opens the canopy.

That bracket received with my FWF kit was for a horizontal induction while mine is vertical. So I added that long ears to secure the mixture cable.

The breather hose now connecting with the oil separator has received a little coat to keep it warm. That is because if one can maintain the oil mist above 170 F only the oil will return to the crank case. The rest which is mostly water will be expulse out to the bottom. But no oil or I should say, very little oil which should help keeping the airplane belly clean.

One thing I am happy is the re-routing of a wire bundles that will be on the firewall, a better place than on the engine mount. And I will be using flag terminals to make them less intrusive for the battery opening area.

Well, ... that is it for now. Dreaming of that propeller ! Soon ....
