Brief Description:  Wiring continuation

Well, well, well ... 3 weeks of vacation were great but it did stop my RV6 progress.

I am still waiting to hear for my propeller shipment ... almost 6 months since I ordered. I hope I will receive it soon.

Tomorrow I will go get my two leather pieces that I had the RV6 image embroided on it while I went away. I look forward to see the result tomorrow. I will post the image of the result If I get around to go and get it.

Today I resumed working on the wiring. I started by attaching the wires that travels through the center chanel between the seats. I will reduce the number of them by grouping those that goes together. Example of that are the power and ground wires of the servos.

I also think that I will use the red and black wiresthat will be free and wired all the way to the front, to connect the flaps motor. I still need to fish 3 more wires for the Ray Allen sensor for the flaps position.

I have also removed from the main screen harnesses the wires that I was not going to use ... that were the four twisted oranges that are for dedicated buttons that I wont be using:dedicated Level button or for a "Go around" button as examples. I also removed the purple wire for the "in dimmer" and kept only one of the 2 screen white wire for the "out dimmer" because I am using one for connecting the Intercom harness as required. No other need as the GPS has it's own dimming incorporated within.

I feel I've made good progress today and I am happy with my day !

I will try to put a few hours this week to finish this wiring so I can start installing the engine as well as I would also like seeing the screen turned on soon !
