Got lucky today and got a free day to work ! I did 2 things that were really weighting on my shoulders . The first one, was to open the 25 pin DSub related to the various equipment monitoring that the EMS will be doing. I think I removed 8 wires in all; rolled them up for potentially a future usage if things need modification or future equipement that could be added.
The second one is way more complicated and I am talking about assembling the SV-Intercom-2S 25 pins Dsub. This one is complicated because we have 6 shielded wires that needs to be grounded together in a small space ... In the picture I still need to solder the grounds together which you can see them all twisted. There are also quite a lot of wires going in that Dsub.
Once this will be completed, what's left of the wiring left to connect are very simple and straight forward.
