This weekend, I have done a lot of work drafting my electrical comnnections on my Draftsight Cad software. I certainly spent 4-5 hours from a previous 2-3 hours earlier in the monthn and although it is not completed yet, I would say I'm at 90% done. Essentially each component is drafted separately indicating where each wires are going, it's color & gauge.

I also manage to clean up the garage. I had no space on my table, tools were everywhere and that was long time due. In fact, I should clean this at least once a month. I find that every working day, I keep using more and more tool and eventually my working space get so clogged out that I cannot move ! (figure of speach of course !)

I also did some small stuff like cutting open the hole in the spar so the wires bundle would be able to slide in plce once we get the wing in.

The thoughest part now in the wiring is now coming up. That has to do with where to pass the numerous wires coming from the center tunel & the wings to the back of the sub-panel. I am using the center console as of the RV7 and I slit it open from the top and the right side. The wires will be coming out from 3 holes/plastic bushing , 2 on the right side and one on the left side. The slit is to have the ability to remove the box without having to have all the wires coinnected with a quick connect. One thing I made sure is all the 4 shielded wire bundles coming from the jacks are together and alone from the back all the way to the SV-Intercom-2S. I find the planning of these wires is really challenging. I want to have the ability to remove to box to get an easy access to the pump and gas filter that are sitting under the box. Once I and done, connecting the wires will be a easy and will likely be the end of wiring inside the cabin. But for now, I am not quite done ...
