Brief Description: Various cockpit assembly pre-installation
On Sunday, I worked on small parts nothing that has been assembled final. I have worked on the center console. So I actually drilled the floor and installed the gascolator and tried to see what the gas selector valve fit would be. I also pulled out the fuel pump and test fit it. The biggest challenge with that console is the fitting of the parts that are covering the valve & gascolator. I would like to finish this off so I can acually also install the fuel line between the tanks and the fuel valve.
I also pre-installed the rudder brake pedal assembly. You can see in the picture that I need to mix the older matco cylinder with the new one because I had friction problems with the bottom bolts that were touching. For here I need to also installed the parking brake valve along with getting the brake lines through the firewall.
