Today was a though day with little progress. I started off by making the air scoop holes on both side.
Then despite that the whole top side is held by clecos, I started to fit the canopy frame. But the instructions are not clear and that really slowed me down.
The instruction says that you need to open up wider the front end to match the fuselage width but this was impossible to do with the slot provided in the rail. An other issue is the hinge itself is at an angle .... A third thing is the hinge pin is so close to the top end of the rib, I fear about the strenght of the hole .
So lots of thoughts , trials but nothing that seemed to have given me the results I am seeking.
