Brief Description: Sub panel drilling & canopy deck
Every evening this week I worked a few hours but it turned out that for the few hours a whole new section has been pre-drilled. I always drill 3/32" first and then drill it to bigger hole size after the fit is acceptable and double check.
Where I had issue is with the 2 ribs connection with the firewall. In the older version (such as my kit and the plan set I have) the firewall is straight. In the latest drawings set from Vans, the top end of the firewall is at an angle. My ribs set I had was for the original but I was reading the latest version of the drawings that confused me a lot. It took a while but I eventually got it right.
