Brief Description: Deburring & dimpling
Not much to say about deburring except that I started dimpling. I am getting closer to the rivetting session that will hold the canoe together , a milestone !
Just for the fun of it I counted the number of holes these are to hold the skin (only the bottom side) ... I thought there would be more but my count is just shy of a few holes of 3,000 .... which means also 3000 dimplings or some holes are countersunk, which also means 6000 holes deburred. So to install the skins, I had to do over 15,000 actions, which are for a typical hole, drill, deburr twice, dimple, rivet ! No wonder why people love the pre-drilled kits !
Overall a satisfying day !
