Insert 2 VA-162 pushrod ends into long ends of two ailron torque tubes, match drill, remove and de-burr. Insert 2 VA-162 push rod ends into the short ends of remaining two aileron torque tubes, match drill, remove and de-burr. Attach push rod ends to aileron torque tubes as per rivet call-out. Insert the torque tube collars to the Forward torque tube subassemblies, measure, match drill, remove and de-burr. Create left and right side torque tube assemblies by measuring and match drilling the left and right torque tube collars with a 5/16 inch off-sett as per plans. Final drill no 12 drill bit, remove and de-burr.
