Brief Description: Drill and rivet AN490 rod ends to bellcrank to ail
Match drill no 30 AN490-HT8P rod ends to bellcrank to aileron pushrods. Remove rod ends and de-burr. Permanently install rod ends to bellcrank to aileron pushrods by riveting as per callout. Install rod end bearings and jam nuts into the AN490-HT8P rod ends and measure bearing to bearing 25 and 1/4 inch.
