The plans call for the bushing to protrude 1/64 on each side of the flap bracket. This requires it to be ground down to the correct size. Once again Matt B. has come up with a great way to accomplish this. I used a piece of scrap angle and ground down one side to the thickness of the flap bracket plus 1/32. Then I drilled a hole in the angle the size of the bushing. This will make it so I can easily hold the bushing and sand it to the correct size.
