I had a problem riveting the inboard aileron bracket. I had to drill out one of the AN470AD4-12 rivets that hold the bracket assembly together. When I tried to replace the rivet with another 4-12 rivet I found that the hole was larger now and as a result the new rivet would not expand to the correct size when it was set. After fretting about it all weekend I decided to drill it out again and replace it with a AN470AD5-12 or maybe a AN470AD4-13.
Update - Well the 4-13 was a bad idea. It just bent over when I tried to set it ( twice ). I guess I'll try the 5-12 rivet, but this time I'll remove the assembly from the wing so I can get a better angle with the rivet gun.
The red box is around the bad rivet. This is before I drilled it out
