Today I assembled the Nose Bearing Assembly. I realized my torque wrench didn't go down to the setting I wanted, so ran out to Sears and picked up one for my smaller bolts. Then, I took my bearings and placed them in the freezer for 1 hour. Once they were cooler, I placed the nose wheel mount in a small cardboard box and heated it for a few minutes with a hairdryer.
The cold bearings dropped right into the mount without any pressure. After the mount cooled, I finished the rest of the assembly. Looks pretty nice.
