I finally finished the elevator assembly. I got the ribs put back together with a lot of trial and error to get everything lined up. Once it was riveted in I took another measurement. Looks like I have plenty of clearance up and down elevator now. It took a lot of time getting it just right as it is a balancing act. I started to piece together the hardware and reattach the stabilizers. I also cut and bent the elevator pianno hinges so that they can be safetied to the elevator horn.
