I used a piece of 3/4 x 48 galvenized pipe to bend over the leading edges. I bought some Gorilla Tape at Home Depot and it worked great. After taping the pipe to the edge I used Vise Grips to roll the pipe and my hands to coax the aluminum to bend around it. Worked great. After I bent it I cleaco'd it and then riveted. Looks good. The rudder is now done except for the fiberglass tips which come later.
