Clecoed the fwd fuse sub panel structure to fuselage and firewall. Final drilled L&R F1002 side ribs to subpanel. Positioned center angle and shim then match drilled two holes to center rib as indicated. Using previously drilled pilot hole in firewall recess drilled tab of center angle and clecoed in place. Final drilled #19 all instrument panel and lower flange screw holes. Final drilled all #40 holes in lower instrument panel flange then countersunk all nutplate attach holes. Countersunk end tab holes in lower flange for skin dimples. Riveted nutplates to lower instrument panel flange then installed flange and panel to fwd fuse sub assembly. Fluted upper instrument panel flanges as required to match instrument panel contour. Clecoed the fwd fuse top skin in place.
