Brief Description: Tailcone Disassembly, Marking, Dimpling Etc.
Disassembled tailcone and labeled parts. Removed triangular portion of skin from F1073 right fuselage skin as indicated. Deburred all parts as required. Dimpled #30 holes in F1006 frame assembly. Final drilled 11/16" eyebolt hole in aft lower skin. Dimpled all remaining bulkhead flange 3/32 holes as indicated. Dimpled holes indicated in shear deck and rudder stop stiffeners. Machine countersunk the #30 holes in the tie down bar and the #40 holes in the rudder stop brace. Countersunk required skin holes in both longerons. Dimpled the aft fuselage access cover plates. Dimpled all #40 holes in L/R and bottom skins as indicated. Dimpled all stiffener #40 holes.
