Brief Description: Rib fluting and aileron torque tube brackets
Fluted, straightened and deburred all wing ribs. Fabricated angles and spacers for I/B rib aileron torque tube bracket attachment then match drilled. Installed torque tube bearings and match drilled. Clecoed aileron torque tube brackets to I/B ribs and match drilled for attachment to rib. Clecoed the inboard, mid and outboard flap attach ribs to flap brackets and doublers then match drilled. Reamed all six flap attach bracket holes to 3/8". Notched a 1011-R and 1011-L rib as shown for fuel tank nutplate clearance. Removed the aft flange from both outboard wing ribs as shown. Clecoed all ribs to both left and right main spars.
