Brief Description: I/B spar nutplates and tiedown bars
Countersunk the I/B spar webs for the fuel tank and wing attach nutplates. Primed then riveted nutplates in place. Fabricated 2 ea. tiedown brackets to dimensions shown.Ddrilled and tapped for 3/8 x16 eyebolt. Clamped to spars and match drilled to web. Removed tie down brackets and drilled and countersunk for attach nutplates. Deburred and primed. Installed nutplates as shown. Bolted and riveted both tiedown brackets and aileron bellcrank brackets to spar webs.
