Brief Description: Flaps and ailerons installation
Installed flaps and trimmed IB edges as required to fit fuselage contour and to gain proper clearance. Trimmed flap pushrods to size and installed rod ends with tabbed lock washers on each end. Set flap motor to full retract and adjusted pushrods per manual. Installed pushrods and performed ops check of flaps system. Installed ailerons.
