Prepped the holes for riveting, including some primer on the parts that were going to be joined. Riveted the reinforcement ring, the latches and the hinge. Then swapped out the spring for the smaller one, so that the door fit more flush. Adjusted the fit of the door, and especially where the latches hit the reinforcement ring. Finally I was happy with the fit. Cleaned the hangar.
