To hold the wing at the correct Incidence, blocks have to be fixed to the fuselage sides. On setup I have discovered that the front blocks touch the wing inboard rib and don’t allow the wings to fully engage into the fuselage.
After talking to Andy Draper, he says it is ok to cut down the Blocks. I have to remove 9mm from the Port side and 5mm from the STBS side.
The blocks are Reduxed into position with spacing under the rear mounting, held in place with the wings until cured. The front wing pin blocks are drilled and bolts and washers to hold in place after 2 Ply’s of bid are applied to the inside area.
