Wing Fairings need to be fitted to the wings to give a nice smooth aerodynamic shape. I fitted the fairings as the manual, but found they where different distances from the side of the fuselage. To correct this I pushed the edge in with mixing sticks to get the nice even 2mm gap all the way around. I used Hot Glue to hold the Sticks.
After the wing are removed without disturbing the mixing sticks I put 2 Ply’s of Bid. around the inside edge of the fairings lapping onto the root rib. First filling the “V” void with Redux.
