The spacers are made from 100mm X 100mm Ply wood then the flange is made up from Ply’s of bid Laid on a plastic sheet then up the sides to form the flange. I made both at the same time then cut them in half to make the two required. The Aluminium angel is cut and fitted to the wood on the opposite side.
