Fitted Port Flap, This is dun by making a Support jig to get the flap in the correct position then the flap is fitted to the with the hinge brackets which have to be drilled to the hinge brackets in the wing. A 3 – 5 mm gap must be made along the flap leading edge and also to get everything in line with the aileron. All finished now and looks grate, ready for inspection before the wing is closed.
