Preceded with the STBD tailplane closeout, First I cut all the Bid cloth and labeled their in preparation. Then I filled in all the dents and digs in the foam, also making a small radii of micro in the corners. Layed the ply's in order as to over lap the joints. also adding the hinge reinforcing. After 2 ply's I then floxed the plywood reinforcement and put it in place. the covering it another 2 ply's of bid. all left to cure now.
