Started work on the Rudder Peddles; The first thing is to add some foam to the bottom to get a level surface for the ply wood base. Hols are cut in the firewall to let the pedal shafts to pass through to either side. Plywood is cut to shape and all setup with a blob of micro underneath and left to set. When set, the pedals are removed and 2 ply’s of Bid are covered over the floor, I blocked up the anchor nut holes with ply-doe first to stop the resin running through. This is where the pedals will be fixed.
