The middle spar reinforcement plate R-607PP get fastened on the backside of the spar R-802PP. This will be the middle hinge point for the rudder and will have a K1000-6 platenut in which a rod end will be screwed into.
The top spar reinforcement plate R-606PP get fastened on the backside of the spar R-802PP as well. This will be the top hinge point for the rudder and will have a K1000-6 platenut in which a rod end will be screwed into.
The tip rib, R-703 will house the counter weight for the rudder. It also will need to be fluted so that the holes in the counterbalance skin, R-713 will line up with the tip rib. The two hole at the front of the rib will be drilled out the hold the lead counter weight. The weight will get test fitted and then installed at a later date.
