On Monday 1/21, I started the tool box practice kit. The deburring process was fairly straight forward, and I was able to use the new Scotch-Brite wheel and a small vixen file. Between the two, I think everything turned out well. Once that was complete the two end pieces are the first to go on.
I used the hand squeezer on the rivets I couold reach, the others will have to wait until I get a rivet gun.
The hinge is the next item to install per the plans, that is were I got into trouble and did not get it lined up correctly.
