Brief Description: Pre-Assembly of Left Horizontal Stabilzer 1
The two skins of the horizontal stabilzer, HS-801PP will get the inside of the panel primed. From a test I did while building the second pracitice project, the primer I liked the best was Dupli-Color self-etching primer. The right side panal is below air drying outside.
The first piece that gets riveted is the Nose Rib, HS-707. The manual tells you to start riveting with the top side, working from aft and moving forward.
Once that is complete, the Tip Rib, HS-706 and Main Rib, HS-708 get along with the other side of HS-707 to the skin top and bottom.
