So I to have fallen into the dreadful dilemma of the minimum edge distance on the HS-404 tab using the HS-405 holes that I drilled earlier in the build sequence. From the picture the hole need to be where it marked in red rather than where it is drilled.
So what are my options, the way I see it was; scrap the 404 and 405 order new ones from Vans, or take the longer of the two doublers I made and use it.
Although the doubler option is an acceptable fix, and after thinking about it a day, I really did not like the idea of having a "repair" on something that is brand new. I call Vans and order the two new parts.
