Brief Description:  Firewall machining and rivet

I used the Tormach CNC to machine the 1 3/16 hole in the bottom flange for the nose gear strut. Used the built-in wizards in Mach3 software to create the G code. Machined each angle seperately and they matched perfectly. CNC is very cool. The verticle angles need to be accurately placed but I don't have the nose gear strut yet. I machined two pieces of wood to the same diametet as the tubing (1 1/8") and used them as spacers to drill and bolt the angles. You can see part of one in the pic.

Riveted and it's ready to get fuselage crap bolted to it.
