Needed to fabricate the cross over cable guides from phenolic sheet. Fabricating the sheet was not difficult but getting the cables in the correct position took a lot longer than we had hoped. After spending hours getting the cables in place it is only after you place tension on the cables you can see where the cables rub and cross over each other. On many occasions we thought we had it right only to discover the cables crossed over in the wing. After time and time again undoing the buckles and re threading the cable we managed to get it right. We had some help from Jake Janson which was appreciated. It is amazing how a second set of eyes can pick up the obvious.
