Brief Description: Added fixture bolt and nut to counter weight eleva
We added an extra bolt and nut to the counter weights at the end of the elevator. Apparantly they have had problems in the past with the counter weight being a bit flimsy and it bent. On one occassion this bent and jamed the eleavtor in the up postion. Not a good way to land a plane.
