A moment we had been waiting to do for a long time and that was re-fix the wings to the fuselage. We had an extra few mates come around and help us intall the wings. Now the wings have the fuel tanks installed, plumming done and electriacial wired the wings actaully get heavy. Thankfully we did not have any problems at all and the wings went straight into place. We then bolted every thing into place. It was a good feeeling that is started to look like a plane again. Once again we had Peter Koald involved helping us install the wings. Peter did an inspection on the plane and picked up a few minor points but overall said he was very impressed with the work. Darren also rang Harry Delong at Glasair in USA and advise him of a problem of the fold back wings not lining up. Harry advised to file back a section at it fixed the problem.
