Brief Description: Fabricate the firewall components
The firewall had to be fabricated from flat stainless steel sheet. We started with a cardboard cut out and transferred the image to the stainless steel sheet. After many attempts we finally cut the sheet to the correct size. Then we took the template for the sides and cut the outer edges. We used a hand seamer to bend the edges at 90 degrees. The engine mount bolt holes were then drilled.
