Brief Description: Aileron travel stop and set deflection
The bolt in image one shows the aileron stop which has been installed. The required travel for the ailerons is 22.5 degrees up and 17.5 degrees down. Obviously both sides have to be the same and simultaneous. This was acheived by making a aileron travel gauge and then adjusting and setting aileron travel stop on the bellcrank brackets.
