Brief Description: Pitot and Static System Installation

Temporarily installed the pitot tube through the predrilled hole in the left wing leading edge. Routed the two plastic lines for pitot and static as per figure 05-26. Attached the lines with small clamps to the forward rib stiffners flanges. Secured the lines with plastic ties to the drag brace. Installed two 90 degree union elbow fittings to the pitot tube side of the lines. Removed the pitot tube for covering and painting. Taped the line ends closed and marked the root ends with pitot and static for ease of identification.
