Fitted and drilled the bottom root skin, this was done the same way as the top root skin.
Tip; Do not drill the drain cover while the bottom root skin is above the tank. The tank is just below the drain cover, there is a risk you drill into the fuel tank! Take the bottom root skin of the wing when drilling the drain cover. I just located the exact postion and used some tape to hold the drain cover in place.
Deburred all parts.
Riveted the bottom root skin to the root rib only, applied double stick tape to the top of the second rib.
Removed the anodizing on the trailing edge spar and sanded the 1/8" contact area of the aft side of the root skin.
Bonded the aft side of the bottom root skin to the trailing edge spar with 3M DP-460 Epoxy.
