Brief Description:  Empennage fairing, plenum

The empennage fairing was fitted and remaining attach holes drilled. Then the fairing was removed and the junction areas on the fuselage were masked. The fairing was replaced on the fuselage and attached with clecoes. The seams where the fairing ovelaps the fuselage and tail were feathered with a micro mixture. Also, the gap on the underside of the leading edge was filled with micro.

The windscreen fuselage junction was given a second coat of micro as needed.

The rear baffles were drilled to the plunum. The plenum was removed and holes in the plenum and baffles were driled to #28 for #6 screws. Platenuts were drilled to the plenum, holes countersunk and platenuts riveted to the plenum. Baffle seal was cut and drilled to the plenum to seal the front and rear.
